Our initial meeting is all about getting to know you, what shaped your current designs, and discuss your budget goals and timeframes, to ensure we can deliver your new home in the way that you have envisioned it to be

Using our preliminary 3D model and internal pricing data, we'll prepare a comprehensive initial estimate to ensure we're aligned with your budget before continuing with the process.

Pre-Construction Agreement

Once we agree that our budget estimate aligns with your project, we’ll formalise our agreement so we can start assisting in the preparation of your final construction documentation.

Construction Documentation

We’ll develop a more detailed 3D model and collaborate closely with you, your architect, and other consultants as we finalise documentation. We'll get everything from selections to specifications ready for the final budget.

Final Budget & Contracts

Thanks to our detailed models and close collaboration in the final documentation process, you can trust your final budget will stay on track unless you alter your selections. Upon acceptance, we’ll move forward with contracts and begin preparing for construction.
